Yachts and marinas

Berths, visitor berths, power and water, enquiries in many languages. We have already built SaaS and automation for a yacht harbour.

What your Guests expect

01

An answer in their language

Owners and visitor berth guests write in English, Dutch or Italian and expect a reply that does not read like a translation.

02

A berth that is really free

Online booking shows the real state, not yesterday's.

03

An invoice without follow-up questions

Power, water and berth fees appear traceably on one invoice.

Where it hurts today

  • Enquiries arrive by email, phone and radio, and are collected on paper or in a spreadsheet.
  • Meter readings for power and water are read and transferred by hand.
  • The harbour master only sees occupancy when walking the pontoons.

Your systems stay

We add what is missing instead of rebuilding what already exists. Typical systems in this industry that we connect to:

  • Marina Master
  • Harba
  • Pick a Pier
  • Accounting and CRM

Named without any partnership. Connection depending on the available interface.

Where we deliberately stop

A binding berth confirmation always comes from the harbour master, never from the system.

What is coming up

Whether and how it affects you is clarified by your legal partner.

Where the industry meets

Our work for marinas follows what Europe's major boat shows are about: guest experience, digital berths and calm operations.

Independent mention. We are neither a partner nor an exhibitor of these shows.

A day with the system

Example workflow, for illustration.

  1. 06:30

The control room shows the day's arrivals and free visitor berths.

  2. 09:10

A visitor berth guest asks in Dutch for a spot for three nights. The agent checks occupancy and writes a draft reply.

  3. 09:15 · Person

The harbour office reads the draft, adjusts one sentence and approves.

  4. 17:00

Meter readings are imported, the billing is prepared.

  5. 18:00 · Person

The harbour master checks the invoices and approves them for sending.

Discretion and operations

  • Data lives on servers in the EU
  • Roles: everyone sees only what they need to see
  • Every step is logged, including rejections
  • Code, servers and access belong to you
  • Owner data is not passed on to third parties
