Automation
Recurring workflows cost time and depend on individual people. We build running, documented workflows with clear responsibilities, human approvals and an audit trail, handed over to your team. Many workflows already exist with us as proven templates, for example form to CRM, invoice intake and appointment booking. That makes small workflows affordable and fast.
01
“Data is copied by hand between form, mailbox, CRM and spreadsheet.”
02
“A workflow only works as long as one particular person is around.”
03
“There are first automations, but nobody knows exactly what they do and when they fail.”
We write down the workflow as it really runs today, including exceptions and responsibilities.
One workflow from start to finish, connected to your systems and versioned.
Where text, classification or research is needed, an agent prepares. A person approves.
Every run is logged. If a step fails, the responsible person is notified immediately.
Common workflows like form to CRM, invoice intake or appointment booking start from proven templates.
Documentation and training so your team understands and can adjust the workflow.

02Working method in six steps
01 · Intake
A request, for example from a client, triggers the workflow. The trigger is authenticated and receives a correlation ID so every later step stays traceable.
02 · Classify
The content is assigned a data class, from public to professional secrecy. Data is reduced to what the task actually needs.
03 · Check the data path
The data class determines which route is open. These rules are defined while building and checked before the run, not reconstructed afterwards.
04 · Agent prepares
An agent creates a draft and attaches its reasoning and sources. It only uses the tools and data its guardrails allow.
05 · Human approval
Where decisions have consequences, there is a clear control point. Nothing goes out before a person approves it.
06 · Audit record
Every step leaves a record, including rejections. It stays traceable who decided what and when.
Workflow run
Start the run. The agent prepares, the decision stays with a person, every step leaves a record.
