SAW CONSULTING & IT

Wellness and spa resorts

Guests expect everything to be arranged before they arrive. We build the workflows behind it.

What your Guests expect

01

Everything arranged before arrival

Treatments, table reservations and wishes are confirmed before the guest arrives.

02

A tone that fits the house

Messages sound like your house, in the guest's language.

03

Calm instead of questions

Nobody asks twice about allergies or room preferences.

Where it hurts today

  • Treatments, rooms and staff are managed in separate plans.
  • Guest communication before arrival depends on individuals at the front desk.
  • Reviews are read but not evaluated.

Your systems stay

We add what is missing instead of rebuilding what already exists. Typical systems in this industry that we connect to:

  • Mews
  • Apaleo
  • Protel
  • Oracle OPERA
  • SIHOT
  • Book4Time
  • SpaSoft

Named without any partnership. Connection depending on the available interface.

Where we deliberately stop

We do not replace personal service. Concierge and front desk get time back; they are not abolished.

What is coming up

Whether and how it affects you is clarified by your legal partner.

A day with the system

Example workflow, for illustration.

  1. 08:00

For the arrivals in three days, drafts for the welcome message are ready.

  2. 08:20 · Person

The front desk checks the drafts and approves them.

  3. 14:30

A guest books an additional treatment. Calendar, room and therapist are booked together.

  4. 22:40

An enquiry in English comes in. The agent prepares the reply.

  5. 07:30 · Person

The early shift reads the draft and approves.

Discretion and operations

  • Data lives on servers in the EU
  • Roles: everyone sees only what they need to see
  • Every step is logged, including rejections
  • Code, servers and access belong to you
  • Guest health information only for the people who need it
